i wish i had payed more attention to what i was seeing when i went to europe in 2007. i think we should have learned art history before we went so we could appreciate it a lot more. in my art history courses in my first and 2nd year at uni, i've learnt so much and seen so many things where i try to remember if i'd seen that in real life. that trip was a sensory overload i think. i only remember things from it through my pictures i took and the journal i kept. i can't remember much for myself from it.

last summer when i went to england/bulgaria i think i let myself appreciate things a little more.

i really want to go on another trip. i just have to keep telling myself one more year then i can go!

p.s: i had super dark hair when i went on that trip. looking through pictures was like looking at someone else. i've changed so much since then, inside and out!
