hark, who goes there?!

so today i started the 30day shred workout dvd. i don't know why i was thinking it would be really lame and really easy. i was so wrong! i'm already sore, i'm kind of scared to see how my muscles (ha) will be like tomorrow, i'm going to ache! jeez i think im really out of shape, apparently biking does nothing.

today i also finished watching all seasons of the mighty boosh. super funny. haha i think i've been watching it too much, the other night i had a dream about me, vince noir (from the show) and marcus...erm ya anyway..
another funny brit show: nevermind the buzzcocks. the host is pretty mean, but hey its all in good fun right? right. last show i watched he made someone really pissed and hey walked off the show, so they just grabbed some random from the audience who looked like they guy haha.

i'm going out for dinner with amanda in a bit and i'm excited, i haven't seen her in ages. sucks that a lot of my good friends have moved away. amanda lives in halifax, cassi moved outside of the city somewhere (i literally don't even know where lol), and calum's moving to vancouver to be with his gf in august :( plus every sumer laura leaves for 2+ months, usualy to her house boat, this time she wnet to live with her folks in mexico. oh and not to mention my boyfriend is off living in another continent. thank god for work (and work friends)/kelsey, i don't know what i'd be doing other wise. lol well i guess i would be doing the 30 day shred...

i'm looking for a good read, any suggestions? i think i may try "the man who was thursday: a nightmare" by g.k. chesterton. someone at somepoint told me to read it so i wrote it down. has anyone ever heard of the book/author?

Chesterton is AMAZING. Here he is on Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G._K._Chesterton

I love giving reading suggestions but it depends on what kind of writing you like.... hmmmm I'll take a stab, try "The World According to Garp" by John Irving. I just finished it a few days ago and it was great.
